  • Please note that, although most of our tours starts at Matsumoto Station, some tours required you to use public transportation, taxi or a private car to meet up with your guide. In such an event, transportation fees are not included.
  • Tour cannot be selected at the time of booking. If you wish to book a specific tour, please book it directly via the related booking page.
  • In case of physical disabilities, allergies, food restrictions or any other important information that may not allow you to join some of our tours, please let us know at the time of booking.
  • Our Private Tours and Private Guide Option are not included to this offer.

  • No requests will be accepted less than 24 hours before the event.

Cancellation Policy:
