Your tour will begin at a small sake bar offering the best sake in the region. It’s the ideal place to get acquainted with everyone and enjoy a good aperitif to start the evening. Then we’ll move along to other Izakaya that only the locals know about! Let us guide you through the lanes and alleys of the city to discover three unique Izakaya!

 

A touch of history to top it off

Before leaving us, be sure not to miss the illuminations at Matsumoto Castle! The castle lights up every evening to offer a breathtaking spectacle. It is impossible to leave the city without appreciating these illuminations. Thanks to us and this digestif, you may experience Matsumoto Castle from a whole different perspective and you may learn even more about its history as well.

Meeting Location: Your tour begins at the first Izakaya. The address will be provided a few days before the start day of the tour. Your guide will meet you there at 6:30pm.

  • Please also note: some food and drink will be provided with the tour, but in limited quantities. Food and drink availability dependent on each Izakaya location and is served in reasonable quantities only.
