Matsumoto Performing Arts Centre (MPAC) is known as the finest concert hall in the city, but not many people know it as a spot with a great viewpoint and a nice picnic area.
Step inside through the white metal door beside the main entrance and take the stairs or the lift to the top floor.

Stretch yourself out and have a nice, relaxing time!
Fukashi Shrine located just behind the MPAC and is another recommended place to visit.
