For the first time since its opening in April this year, the Shinmai Media Garden put on a public viewing of a soccer game.
A match between the local Matsumoto Yamaga F.C. VS Tochigi S.C. was showing on a big screen at the hall. Many Yamaga fans gathered to watch the live streaming.
After the exciting, 90-minute battle, Yamaga defeated Tochigi 1-0 in the match.
There is only one game left in the 2018 season which will be held on Nov 17th at Yamaga's home stadium "SUNPRO ALWIN." If the team wins this game, they will get promoted to the J1 league, the top division of the Japan Professional Football League.
